Treebo Galaxy Kings Suites Near Manyata Tech Park

There seems to be no process at all, which is strange. I wasn't even given a bill for the room service I used. The staff are courteous, but they can't resolve problems, especially at reception. The main issue was the lack of amenities and the helpdesk and staff not responding.

The hotel staff were very nice, but the breakfast was poor and had very few items. When the DOSA ran out from the buffet serving bowl, I asked for one and the kitchen staff refused, shouting that I should eat PASTA or UPMA instead. Not everyone likes those, and I don't either. The dosa was already being prepared, but wasn't being put out in the buffet bowl. I informed management.

If you're travelling to Bangalore and want to stay in Kempapura, this place is an option. It's close to my office, and there's a market and reasurant nearby, so everything is near. The staff behaviour is good too.

I have no complaint about the rooms or location, though car parking is an issue. They didn't provide an extra bed, and I wasn't told that complimentary brkfast was excluded because I'd negotiated the price. If the rate can't include basic amenities, they should just state their price and I'd pay it. Is this because it's the only hotel in the area?
