Treebo Galaxy Suites Mathikere

The receptionist was rude and unprofessional. Someone could check today's CCTV footage to see how he behaved. There's no parking space, and if you do park, they repeatedly call at 7am to make you move the car. The place was very unclean, with no hospitality and unethical conduct. They act as if you're staying for free. I wouldn't go to this hotel even if it were free.

We travelled seven hours for this booking, only to find tiny cockroaches all over the room. My family of four, including children aged 9 and 3, booked on March 4, 2026 and paid around 3400+ as half the amount. We left straight away. They haven't refunded us and emailed to say NO SHOW. Customer care disconnects our calls every time we try to reach them. Fraud people. This deserves ZERO, not even 1. Please don't choose this hotel at any cost.

I had a wonderful stay at Galaxy Deluxe. The room was comfortable, clean, and tidy, and the staff were professional, attentive, and warm. Breakfast and room service had good variety and quality. I would highly recommend it for comfort and great service. I did see cockroaches in the otherwise clean and hygienic room, and told the receptionist. Also, booking said no advance payment was needed and payment could be made at the property, but right after booking I got an email saying I should pay or the room might not be available. Those two things could be improved.

It's easy to get around the city from here. The hotel is right opposite ICICI Bank, Mathikere, and feels secure and family friendly. Very good service and cleanliness.
