Treebo 98 Street

The rooms are tiny, and for two people they’d feel suffocating. One person might manage. The hotel and staff are okay, but the facilities weren’t great, and the AC remote didn’t work. It was just manageable if you really needed a place.

The complimentary breakfast was nice, and the furniture was good. The room wasn’t spacious, but there was enough space for two, and we had a good stay at cosmopolitan. It’s a nice place in Indore, very close to the railway station. They should provide a bath mat for the floor by the bathroom door.

Breakfast was a daily ordeal. Even after following up several times, it could take two hours to arrive, and the staff were frustratingly unresponsive. The room also lacked items listed in its description: cloth hangers, a hot water jug, water bottles, cups, milk, tea and coffee. I had to keep asking for these basics. Laundry was another false claim. There was no in-house service, and staff rudely told me to go to the shop across the road. The room’s AC smelled unpleasant when switched on, and the first room’s AC was faulty. After repeated complaints I was moved to another room, but it had no windows or ventilation and felt like a stuffy box. My four-night stay at Treebo Trend 98 Street in Rajarajeshwari Nagar, Bangalore was a nightmare. The hotel’s Google Maps location was wrong, despite previous customers reporting the issue with Make My Trip. I even submitted a correction request myself. I complained to the staff and reception and contacted Treebo directly, but nothing changed. The room had maintenance and cleanliness problems throughout, and the staff showed no willingness to address them. I’d strongly advise others to steer clear.

The room was very cramped, with little space left to move once luggage was inside. It wasn’t cleaned properly, and no room kit was provided. They give just one water bottle per room whether there are two or three guests. There are no kitchen facilities either, and you have to tell them ahead of time if you want the complimentary breakfast. This was the worst experience I’ve had on a visit.
