The room was so bad I couldn’t stay even five minutes. It had cockroaches and bed bugs on the pillow and mattress, and the bedding was stained and smelly. The fridge was dirty, the sink leaked, and there were no basic toiletries. It was a huge change from how good this place used to be in 2023-2024. Now it feels completely unhygienic. The owner refunded the amount, and seems like a nice person, but serious attention to cleanliness and pest control is needed. They should hire a professional manager to avoid this happening again. Suman, the manager, was unprofessional and unresponsive, while receptionist Prashant was helpful and apologetic. This was a very disappointing stay at SLN Heritage, Brookfield.

The staff showed tantrums and anger even though I was polite. I was treated unfairly and left feeling like I never want to come back. Dear Owner, please teach your staff how to treat customers.

I’ve never been treated this way. Three staff members joined in, showing anger and being very rude to customers. The treatment was unforgivable and left me feeling terrible. I’ll never return or recommend this place.

The cleanliness here is hard to put into words, and the staff are really nice. I especially like the manager. Best hotel I’ve ever seen. 🫶♥️

No water bottle was provided, and there were bedbugs in the room. I’ve attached a video for reference. The hygiene became unbearable, so I had to leave in the middle of the night. Staff were completely unresponsive to the problem. The rooms at SLN Heritage were dirty and basic cleanliness seemed ignored. After several complaints, someone came to clean, but only swapped the unclean sheet for another used one. It took another complaint to get it changed properly. The staff seemed untrained, unprofessional and dismissive of guest concerns. I wouldn’t recommend the place to anyone looking for even basic hygiene and hospitality. Zero stars for this hotel.
