Treebo Trend Grace Park Inn

The rooms were dusty and the hotel wasn't well maintained. The receptionist was very rude and unprofessional. Worst of all, there was no security at all. Even the door chain could easily be reached and opened from outside. We'd liked some other Treebo hotels, so we booked this one without doing much research. I'd strongly suggest checking out other hotels instead of making the same mistake.

I stayed here for a couple of weeks. The other staff were good, but the receptionist was so annoying, rude and unprofessional that I had to give a 2-star rating. The rooms felt a bit shady, so I'd look for better alternatives.

Some rooms smell because they don't have natural ventilation. The service is not bad, the staff respond well, and there's enough parking. My overall experience was average.

Finding a ride was a real problem here. I searched for over an hour and still couldn't get an Uber or Ola because of the hotel's location. The place also felt shady and unsafe, and the receptionist was rude and didn't seem to know how to deal with guests.
