We booked the meeting hall for our corporate gathering as well as rooms, and the whole place felt calm and quietly stylish. The bright spots and warm lighting made the hotel feel welcoming, and just sitting in my room was relaxing. There were thoughtful design touches and comfortable corners that made it easy to unwind. A friend had recommended it, and we were glad we listened. Our room was spotless, the bed comfortable, and the staff made us feel at home. They were friendly throughout, and the decor looked stylish without being too fancy. We felt relaxed from check-in until the end of our stay.

The stay was a letdown. The room looked nothing like the photos, it was dingy and poorly ventilated. The bedsheets were dirty and even had another nursing home's name on them. They didn't offer drinking water, and the lift didn't reach the ground floor.

The customer service agent told me the discounted amount due was Rs.1050, but the hotel hadn't been told and charged me more. I called customer care several times, but they left me on hold for ages and didn't respond properly. I got frustrated and paid what the hotel staff demanded. Booking details: ID 76YWZR, check-in 26-Feb-2026 from 12 PM, check-out 27-Feb-2026.

The room was okay for a quick break, but I wouldn't choose it for a longer stay. We paid for breakfast when booking because it was described as continental, but what arrived was one plate of dosa, something we could get outside. The website photos are much better than the actual place.

The room was awful, with stained sheets and a mattress so uncomfortable it felt like there was no useful foam in it. Water wasn't complimentary either. They took 1850 for the room and another 650 for early check-in, though at check-in they only told us about the 1850. They didn't mention the extra charge beforehand. Total cheaters, please don't go.
