Tristar Service Apartments

Great location and good value for money, with very helpful customer service. I just wish room cleaning were coordinated around guests' needs instead of happening whenever staff are available.

The food was a real surprise, fresh and tastier than I expected, and the apartment was kept very clean. I stayed here for two months and felt comfortable throughout. The staff were warm and attentive, always checking that I had what I needed. It’s right in the city, convenient for getting around but still quiet enough to unwind. For the service, comfort, and location, the price felt fair. I’d happily recommend it for either a short visit or a longer stay.

Our two-bedroom apartment was spacious and had all the amenities we needed, and breakfast was good. We were there for three nights after arriving from Dubai in Bangalore at 10pm on September 14, so much of that first day was already gone. The staff responded quickly enough to our requests. The checkout timing was the uncomfortable part. As senior citizens, we need a little time to get organized, and since we checked in at 10pm on the first day, I hoped we could have a bit longer to leave. The front office person didn’t cause a problem, but his expression made me feel awkward. We had paid in advance, and I expected a warmer welcome and consideration for guests, not just a focus on making money. I hope you take this feedback positively.

The staff were so courteous and helpful that the place felt like home. At Tristar Service Apartments, our room was spacious, clean, well cared for, and had all the amenities. I had a wonderful stay and would recommend it.
