It's a good one bedroom service apartment, with complimentary breakfast. There's a mini fridge and an induction stove with a few cooking vessels in the room. The place is quiet, and Kumaraswamy bus stand is about 1 km away, an easy walk. There are two ATMs and a fruit shop nearby. Room service comes regularly, and the service boy is polite and friendly.
I booked this Oyo for my family, and the owner was friendly enough to come meet me. The flat is a fully furnished 1 BHK, with plenty of space, a kitchen, and a common room with a sofa and TV. The staff member lives upstairs, so you can call him. It's in kumarswamy layout, about 2 km from the Dayanand sagar college. There's a lake nearby for a morning walk, and retro is close by for breakfast, dinner, and other meals.
The service was great, and the stay was a great experience. The location is good, and there's a lobby area along with the room. It has the facilities you'd need, including a freezer and TV.
The rooms are great, but there's no proper reception to look after clients. I also didn't feel safe because the receptionist has an extra key and comes into the room when we're away.
This is a kind of guest house that works well for couples and families. They provide plates and the amenities you need to cook. I love this place.
