I stayed for about a month, and the fresh, welcoming atmosphere made a good impression from the start. Even while I was travelling from the airport, the front desk gave my Uber driver clear directions over the phone so I could arrive safely. Reception staff were sincere, polite, and professional. Mr. Santosh and his team did a great job; Yuvraj was always ready with a sweet smile, and Priyanshu was an efficient staff member. Housekeeping was wonderful too. Basudeb Ponda, Ganesh Roul, Birajit Debbarma, and Shivaprasad, who came on deputation, were all sincere, professional, and quick to respond. Basudeb and Ganesh did excellent room cleaning. Birajit is soft spoken. I think Basudeb is an asset to bloom chain. His professionalism, eagerness to guide a newcomer, and caring attitude could attract more guests to bloom. The SIMARIA kitchen team were humble, sweet spoken, and prompt. Bishal Rawat was especially caring and felt like a family member. He managed the breakfast guests smoothly with a sunny smile, and I think he'll soon be a real asset to SIMARIA CAFE. Manju madam was cooperative, polite, and professional. Above all, Mr. Sanjib Kumar managed the kitchen service very efficiently with his obedient team. His pleasant personality made my mornings feel hopeful and colourful. I'd highly recommend this place.
