The breakfast, which cost around ₹250, was a poor deal: just one rice item and a dosa. The room itself was a bad experience too. Wi-Fi was nearly nonexistent, and when it connected it either didn’t work or was extremely slow, even after we followed up several times. We had to call to ask for a dental kit, and there was no hot water. Staff said it wasn’t working and brought only one bucket of hot water, but the bathroom had no bucket or mug. I’d strongly advise others not to book this hotel.

There are plenty of places to eat near the hotel, and it’s ideally located for people traveling to North Bangalore. The rooms are clean and good, and service is good too. The main issue is parking: the hotel doesn’t provide any, so you have to risk leaving your car on the roadside.

The road noise kept me from sleeping because the bathroom door wouldn’t close properly, and the blinds left gaps that let light into the room. I put up with all that, but the water bottle they provided was four months old and its cap wasn’t sealed. I got a severe throat infection the next morning, as shown in the picture. This was one of the worst places I’ve stayed. Apart from towels, the room had nothing in it. I had to go downstairs to request things, even a toothbrush, because the intercom didn’t work. I’d booked breakfast included, and the breakfast they provided is in the photo. Please avoid this place.

We stayed four days. The rooms are neat and clean, though a bit smaller than I expected, and probably fine for one person sharing. They’ll bring a bucket or tooth kit if you call reception. We asked Siva Prasad to clean the room, and he arranged and maintained it neatly, patiently, and with hospitality.
