The washroom especially needs attention. The room was dirty and poorly maintained, and the lack of hygiene made the stay very uncomfortable. This was the worst hotel hygiene experience I’ve had. Cleanliness needs a major improvement.

I booked an AC room but was given a non-AC one. When I asked about it, the receptionist said none of the hotel’s ACs had worked for the past two months. In the room, the TV and fan shared one plug, so only one could work at a time. The manager said the multipins had gone missing from rooms when other guests came, so they had stopped providing them, apparently. The way they treated guests was rude and very bad. They didn’t seem to value the money we paid. A very poor experience.

The room had a nice view, and it was well maintained. The price was affordable, and NIMHANS Hospital is very close by.
