Sharav Chandra's Hotel by OYO Rooms

We spent nearly 45 minutes waiting in the scorching sun before anyone from the hotel came to help. The bathroom was filthy, and the tap didn’t even have a handle, so the whole stay felt like a waste of time and money. We were new to the area and had booked through Oyo after asking customer care for help. Network problems meant we couldn’t use Google Maps or open the location they emailed us. When we called again, the staff couldn’t communicate properly and ended the call. Since we had already paid, we had no choice but to go to Sharav Chandra's hotel. It was closed when we arrived. A child outside tried more than twice to wake the manager, who was asleep inside, even using the back stairs. We didn’t go in because we didn’t know the place and all the doors were shut. Oyo customer care then kept us waiting on hold for nearly 15 minutes before we hung up and tried again. A man finally said he would contact the hotel, and eventually the hotel guy showed up, asked for our details, and gave us a key. I’m not sure whether it was the customer care or the child who finally got him there.
