Hotel Green Tree

I booked a room online for 7th May, but when I arrived, the staff told me to cancel the booking and pay a higher amount offline. I cancelled it. The staff were not good.

The location is good, but the rooms are small and not properly cleaned. There were utensils and old bottles left in the room, and staff even seemed to be carrying alcohol into different rooms. Don’t rely on the Google photos to judge the rooms. I’m worried about having booked this for close relatives. Don’t make the same mistake.

The bathroom was clean and well maintained, and the staff were polite and helpful. But the room was small, the bedsheets were dirty, and there was almost no mobile network inside, which made calls difficult. The room experience wasn’t very good.

The location is handy for tourists because it’s near the railway station, but at 1300 rupees a night, this double room isn’t worth the price. It’s small and not very clean, with old interiors, a small bathroom, and unclean blankets. The four or five lights are dim, and there’s no hot water. Room 103 on the ground floor has network problems, and its landline doesn’t work. Maybe it would be worth considering at a lower price.
