Club Mahindra Dwarka

The location was peaceful and pleasant, as expected, and the breakfast staff were pleasant. The rest of the service was disorganized. We asked for plates, waited 45 minutes, and ended up eating from the takeaway packaging. Room service never came, and when we asked why, we got an odd explanation that they didn’t have our number to check whether we wanted it. Usually housekeeping comes unless there’s a “Do Not Disturb” sign, so that was disappointing. Coffee was a problem twice: my single espresso came as a full cup, about 3-4 espressos, and another coffee promised in 20 minutes still hadn’t arrived after 40 minutes because they’d forgotten it.

Chef Vishal made delicious pasta, full of flavor and cooked just right. The service was attentive and very polite. I had a great experience, highly recommend!

The Children’s Happy Hub wasn’t working, which is a major drawback for families with kids. We also had only two towels for a booking for four adults, and the moisturizer we requested twice never arrived. They even charged a lot for a simple mattress, just a gadda. We stayed three nights in a 1BR apartment, and the service and amenities fell well below basic expectations. For a Club Mahindra property, this was a complete letdown and poor value for money. I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless service improves drastically.

Priti and Dipankar were helpful and courteous, which made our stay smoother. Club Mahindra Dwarka is clean, pleasant, and well maintained, with in-house dining, a swimming pool, and a Happy Hub. It’s about 7 km from the main city, just off the highway, and there are several restaurants nearby. We tried Gokul Restaurant and found it good and reasonably priced. Our Room 101 was comfortable and in good condition, though the bathtub could use repairs. The property seems more like an acquired one than a Club Mahindra-built resort. Overall it was a pleasant stay, with a few small things that could improve.
