The room was clean and neat, and the hotel staff were very good. They responded well when I asked for things like room cleaning or water bottles. If you can, try booking directly, since direct bookings get preference over OYO. I booked through OYO two months ahead, and the hotel staff asked OYO to move me elsewhere because they had a wedding in the hall and wanted all the rooms for the guests. I asked them not to change my booking, and they accepted my request.

I found a peaceful place close to my home. The room was clean, the ambience nice, the food tasty, and the staff well mannered. Try for a room that isn’t registered with OYO, since those rooms are small and not spacious. The breakfast in the morning is awesome, and so is the tea.

The rooms were clean and spacious, and the food was good too. But the restaurant service was terrible. We ordered fish fingers and got chicken fingers instead, even though we don’t eat chicken. The manager took it very lightly, and after ordering we waited 45 minutes for the food. Worst service.

A great all-in-one place in dombivli. Ratna Residency has luxury Rooms, Cibo is a multi cuisine family restaurant, Mathoshree has an A.C banquet hall, and Upper Crest is an open terrace banquet. Must visit.
