The location is fabulous, and the housekeeping staff and security team were very good. The room we got was another story: dusty sofas, damp patches on the walls, and generally pathetic condition. There was no room service, not even tea, which we only learned when we asked. We paid for an extra bed but weren’t given a blanket or duvet, so we had to buy one ourselves on Instamart. The receptionist was grumpy and not customer oriented. At check-in she insisted we send ID proof to her WhatsApp before she would let us in. After a long drive, it would have been basic courtesy to offer water instead of threatening us over ID. We said we’d send it five minutes after getting to the room and freshening up, but she refused. I wouldn’t return or recommend this place. Justa owners should train her to speak properly to guests.

Breakfast on the terrace was good, and the hotel is good value for money. It’s in a great spot in Indiranagar, though the basic rooms could use an upgrade.

The staff made everything easy, from arrival right through checkout, and even upgraded me to a studio room, which was kind of them. Room service was good and the food was really nice. The rooms themselves are good, with a rustic feel, although the property is a little old. I didn’t like the bathroom. It felt outdated, creaky, and not well maintained, and didn’t fit the hotel’s theme. The location is great: quiet despite being close enough to reach the busy main road in a minute. I’d choose this place again when staying in Indiranagar.

The food was great, and the location was perfect. Everyone here is so nice that naming just one person would feel unfair, but I have to mention Ramya and Rishab at the Front Desk. Their behavior and service were extraordinary. The staff were lovely throughout, from when I arrived until after checkout, and room service brought very nice food. My experience was amazing. I’d visit this place any number of times.
