I’ve stayed at Liverpool blue hotel several times since October 2025. The location works well, and the staff have always been friendly and helpful. The restaurant is a strong point too. Chef Mr Amit is keen to suggest dishes, and each time they’ve made my dinner without onion or garlic, with different choices on the menu. The rooms are spacious, though they need more maintenance to be comfortable at their best. I also noticed a shortage of efficient staff since last month, and hope the new GM sorts that out soon. The previous GM, Mr Dilip Das, was warm with guests and often asked them for feedback about their stay and the service. Thanks to the helpful staff.

The food was amazing, and the hotel is in a prime location. Staff made sure I was comfortable and that everything met my expectations. The service was top notch, and the stay itself was very decent. The room lighting could be better, though. Nice experience.

We had a lovely time celebrating our daughter’s 10th birthday at Isha Banquet Hall on the 6th floor of Liverpool Blue Hotel. Chef Amit and his team served delicious food that all our guests enjoyed. Aswathy kept everything running smoothly from beginning to end, with great coordination and attention to detail. Santosh, the F&B Manager, and his team helped us choose the menu and plan things well. We’re grateful to the whole team at Liverpool Blue Hotel for making it such a memorable celebration with excellent service and hospitality.

Chef Amit’s Siddu was the lunch highlight. He made this traditional Himachali dish for our gathering, and it was delicious. Many guests were pleasantly surprised to find authentic Siddu in Bangalore, which gave the event a special cultural touch. We held our Himachali community gathering for close to 150 guests in the 6th Floor – Isha Banquet Hall. The Liverpool team handled the arrangements very well, and the food was good. Service stayed smooth throughout, with attentive staff who cleared tables promptly as guests finished lunch. Mr. Anurag, Sales Manager, was there to support us and coordinate with the team, helping ensure nobody had trouble. The hall is spacious and well-maintained, and can hold up to 200 guests if managed properly. Parking was convenient too, with space for around 40-50 cars along the adjacent, non-busy road, so arrivals and departures went smoothly. We thank Mr. Anurag and the whole Liverpool team for their support and hospitality. On behalf of the Himachali community, we appreciate the effort and look forward to working with you again.

For the price, it was worth it, and I’d consider coming back. Check-in went smoothly, and the room was clean and comfortable. Staff were polite and helpful. Wi-Fi was slow and the food choices limited, but those were minor issues.
