The rooms and grounds are very good, and cleanliness is maintained in all the rooms. But the catering service was the worst part of our visit. There were fewer guests at the property, so they didn’t serve a dinner buffet, and the dishes they did provide weren’t proper. The food had no taste, and we had to wait far too long for roti.

The hotel is far from the city, so don’t book unless you have your own vehicle. Newly built rooms still had some unfinished work, the size was average, and there was no chair. The bathroom and balcony had drainage problems, and you could hear noise across the hall because soundproofing was poor. The mattresses didn’t feel like luxury hotel quality. Amenities weren’t provided unless we asked, and the phone sometimes didn’t work. Bed edges weren’t childproof, so small children need watching, and there was no door stopper. The linens seemed unwashed, and the towels left lint on your body when drying off. Service was below par, with staff who were less courteous and might blame you for their own inefficiency. Prices were higher than nearby better hotels, so I’d book only if there was nothing available nearby or in the city. Full payment was required upfront.

I booked a Deluxe room, but the pictures were highly misleading and the actual room looked very different. It was under construction and hadn’t been cleaned properly. When I asked for a blanket, the facility said they had no extra ones and didn’t provide it. Breakfast was okayish. The property is on the outskirts of Dwarka, and the approach road needs upkeep, so take extra care when entering.
