Hotel Sargam by Oyo

It wasn’t too crowded, so it could suit someone looking for privacy. The ambiance was okay, and the service was okay too. The food quality was good. They have cottages, but only with fans, no AC. There wasn’t any hand wash available for cleaning our hands.

About 15 of us stayed here, and it was the worst experience of our trip so far. The mattresses were dirty, and there was no cleaning. We had no water in the room and no hot water for showers. They brought hot water up from below in a bucket, but didn’t even have a jug for bathing, so the staff brought a large steel bowl instead. The hotel didn’t provide basic drinking water either. We asked for Bisleri, but were told the manager had forbidden it. I don’t know how Oyo can list this hotel.

Other things were good, but the restaurant wasn’t operating. There was no soap in the bathroom, and we had to leave without breakfast because it still hadn’t arrived by 8:00 am.

Such a bad experience. The rooms were untidy, there was no AC, and the toilet had no flush. There was no attendant, and they refused to let us into the room. The manager was sleeping in a sando, and they wouldn’t let us check in, saying, "Seth ne mana kiya hai." OYO Customer did not help us in this situation either.
