Some basic facilities were good, and the room was clean and comfortable, so my stay was satisfactory. But towels, shampoo, soap, and a geyser for hot water were missing, and those should really be provided. At ₹800-₹900 per night, if available, it could be a reasonable option.

After taking my money in advance, the staff showed me a third class room with a third class bathroom. They asked for payment before I had even toured the rooms. This is the worst hotel I’ve ever seen. Don’t go through Oyo, and I wouldn’t recommend anyone stay there.

It’s a beautiful lake-facing property in an excellent location, and the rooms are very nice. The bed mattress could be more comfortable, though, and soap and towels would be good to have in the room. Otherwise, everything was outstanding.

They wouldn’t let me enter, and I got no support. The assistant wasn’t helpful either, and no one picked up the call.

My family stayed here, and the service was pathetic. The manager took all the money in advance, but the rooms and bathrooms were untidy and unclean. This is the worst hotel in Bareilly. I’d kindly ask people never to visit. Very bad service.
