Poor management made this the worst hotel experience I've had. When a problem comes up, there's no manager available and no resolution. I don't know why this place is even called a hotel. Just poor, poor, poor.

The bed wasn't clean, there were insects, and the whole place was filthy. They didn't provide water by the bed, a towel, soap, or anything. This is the dirtiest hotel I've seen, and those Google reviews are fake.

There wasn't even water or food available, and there's no power backup or room service. For a cup of tea, you have to walk nearly 200 meters. The room was dirty, and this felt more like a wedding banquet hall than a hotel. The Google reviews are all fake. Worst place I've stayed.

The food at Alishan was really tasty, and the staff and Manager were friendly and communicated well with us. I was very happy with them. Please book This Hotel for any kind of party. Thank you......

The staff were wonderful, and the rooms were decorated really nicely. Honestly, it's the best budget hotel.
