The staff were rude and completely unprofessional, and the food was terrible. The whole place was disgusting. Calling it a hotel feels wrong; it's a buchadkhana.

We were attending a ceremony in the banquet facility, in the AC Hall. The washrooms had no handwash spray bottles. Even when we asked, staff ordered us to bring our own. They only had soap shared between people using the toilets and people being served food. The staff were unprofessional as well. The toilet exhausts blow air into a passage with no grills, which is risky for children. There are no railings on the toilet staircase either, making it dangerous for older people and kids.

It's Clark's Colletlction now, and the hotel has changed completely. It's clean, has good service and staff, and includes parking. The rates are good too. An ideal place for business travelers.

It's Clarks Collection now, and the infrastructure was very good. The staff were okay, but the TV and AC didn't work. I booked through MMT on 26th sept and was very disappointed with the service.
