Hotel Sparsh by Clark’s collection

The location made it hard to have a peaceful stay. It was noisy and crowded, and getting there was confusing because of the traffic. The amenities advertised online didn't match what was actually available. Wi-Fi kept failing, room service was slow, and even simple requests took far too long. Service overall felt disorganized and unprofessional. At Hotel Clark Collection in Bareilly, the room was also a letdown: poor cleanliness, linens that didn't feel fresh, and neglected maintenance. Basic things like the lighting, switches, and bathroom weren't properly taken care of. I wouldn't recommend the hotel and hope they improve their standards.

It's a nice hotel to stay at, but there's no food available because the restaurant is no longer there.

Very poor service all around. There was no breakfast, and nothing seemed to be available. I also had no telecom service.

The rooms were clean and had a good amount of space, and the staff were cooperative and really nice. I had a great stay, easily the best hotel in Bareilly.
