The staff were polite, but the hospitality itself wasn’t great. The rooms were decent and clean, though the bathroom could’ve been cleaner. Food is brought in from other restaurants, and it wasn’t especially good. There’s a terrace, but it’s covered in rubbish. I wouldn’t call this good value for money.

The Treebo Silverstar is handy for train travel, as it’s very close to Bangalore City Railway Station, and the Bangalore International Airport is also easy to reach. There’s plenty of shopping nearby, including Mantri Square Mall, along with several restaurants. Set in busy Gandhinagar, the hotel has spacious, modern rooms with good furnishings and amenities, plus daily housekeeping. The 24-hour front desk makes it suitable for all kinds of guests, from families to business travellers. Facilities listed include room service, free parking, a restaurant, free high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, laundry, meeting rooms, and a non-smoking property. Breakfast may or may not be included.

The hotel is very close to the railway station and bus stand, which is a big plus. The bedding could use more attention, though, especially the blankets, sheets, and pillow covers. I also found bed bugs at night, and their bites were really painful. I’d noticed a mention of bed bugs before and ignored it, but the hotel needs to address this. Otherwise, it’s a good hotel.

The staff were very rude, and the rooms were old and dirty. The sheets were unclean and had bed bugs. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to bachelors, families, or couples. Think carefully before booking, even if there’s an offer.
