The hall and decor looked good at the engagement function I attended, and the location is good too. The lift was super slow, though, and service needs to improve.

There was no parking, and the atmosphere felt suffocating. The food was average, with poor starters, and soup came in paper tea cups. Overall, I didn't have a good experience.

The room felt like a good business class room, with beautiful interior work, and it was comfortable, neat, and clean. We got a lovely welcome and good service from all the staff. The property is close to Edapally town, and Lulumall is also a quick trip away.

We stayed while attending a marriage and found the rooms spacious, clean, and comfortable. The walking ramp was a surprise, but it proved really useful and felt thoughtfully designed. We liked the place, and the food was good too.

The guests we booked the room for were kept awake by loud DJ music from the banquet hall next door until 2:15am. There was nobody at reception to hear our complaint. Hot water also wasn't available during the winter months, and the guests were disappointed with the stay.
