I’d give it 5 out of 1. Room maintenance is literally the worst. They literally work on it.

The air conditioning only came on after I asked staff several times, and I had to pick up the water bottle myself from reception. I’d agreed on an amount with the hotel for a stay through the evening, but after two hours they knocked and told me to leave because another couple was waiting. Although it was described as couple-friendly, they refused to let me stay for the time I’d paid for. I ended up vacating the room. It felt like poor service and money mattered more than guests or the hotel’s reputation. I had a terrible experience and wouldn’t recommend it.

I had a really bad time here, especially with the staff. I'd rather pay more somewhere else and be happy. Choose happiness over this place.

The rooms were in a terrible state: the switches were broken, the phone wires were damaged, and there wasn't even a mug for the bucket. Cleanliness was disgusting, and the staff didn't provide Wi-Fi. I came with my family and the service was awful. We had a very bad experience, so I wouldn't advise anyone to stay here.
