Dirty room, terrible service. Worst hotel. Don’t waste your time or money.

The rooms all smelled strongly of smoke, so this place isn’t suitable for families. The staff weren’t cooperative either. My stay was very disappointing, and the room was in very poor condition. It didn’t match the photos or description, and I never felt comfortable. I wouldn’t recommend it unless there are major improvements.

For a business trip, the central location and good sized rooms with basic amenities worked well. The food was below average, though the staff provided good customer service.

The surroundings are pleasant, and getting around is easy with the ISBT bus stand only about 200-300 m away. The hotel costs around 3,000, which feels quite expensive. Still, it’s a decent 3 star option for people here for work or a family holiday, especially if they want some leisure time.

That stuffed paratha was the food highlight, but the rest of what we tried didn’t impress us. We stayed here for an official visit, and the roomy rooms with a chair and table were useful. The main bus stand is nearby, which is a definite advantage. The shower wasn’t working properly, and the air conditioning could have been better. Seems fine for a quick trip or stopover.
