The food was awful despite being priced like a five-star meal, and the rooms clearly weren't maintained. Staff seemed poorly trained and didn't know how to serve guests properly. The hospitality and service were both very poor. One of the worst hotels I've stayed in.

The location works well, but the rooms and service don't feel worth what they charge.

We found the rooms clean and had excellent service during our stay. I stayed in room 403 at Hotel Sita Kiram Bairelly, near Patel Chawak., Nagar Nigam . It was a comfortable, hassle-free visit, and I'd highly recommend the place.

After celebrating my daughter's naming ceremony here, I came away with the worst experience at this hotel.

There were mosquitoes and little cockroaches around, and the rooms smelled damp.
