The Manor Bareilly Hotel

I kept returning to manor bareilly because the food is awesome, but this last stay has ended that for me. In six visits over two years, I met manager Mr Jitendra four times, and he's been rude each time. I'd let it go because I was with family and wanted peace, but this time was too much. I don't recommend the place. It feels like a government office where nobody cares, and if anyone knows a better stay with good food, please reply. There was no parking, so we had to leave the car across the road and carry our luggage to the counter. Nobody offered help. Mr Jitendra just looked at us like we were aliens, as if checking in was our mistake. We arrived around 11:15pm. The kitchen is open until 11:30pm on Sundays, and another manager was helping us write down our order, but Mr Jitendra stopped him and told me, "jao kitchen me do jaake order". Totally impolite. I patiently asked my wife to go to the kitchen, then asked him for help with the luggage and explained I'd carried it myself from across the road. He replied, "so what.....no one is free rgt now ... You should wait" in a rude way. Nobody asks about luggage when you check in here, and nobody helps.

The location worked well for what I needed, and the rooms were comfortable and well-appointed. Service was fine, just adequate, neither especially good nor bad. I'd consider staying here again.

A real value-for-money package in Civil Lines, with ample parking and even a car wash facility. The rooms were neat and clean, with most amenities, especially in the larger junior suite. Breakfast was a very nice buffet, and the quality of the à la carte food was good too.

The rooms were comfortable, the food was tasty, and the staff were very polite. I had a lovely experience and would come back. Service was quick, hospitality was great, and the rooms were clean. Highly recommended!
