The staff were helpful, and the reception dining area was a nice place to relax by the pool. There’s also a nearby yoga class you can attend for a fee. The room itself was nowhere near what the photos on Google and booking sites like Agoda showed. It was old-fashioned, unattractive, and poorly lit. The mattress was poor quality, and we found bed bugs. The washroom didn’t feel worthy of a “resort”: no exhaust fan, wiper, or toiletries apart from one soap, and the tap didn’t work properly. The TV and AC remotes also didn’t work properly. It felt more like an Aashram/Dharashala than a resort. Other reviews had similar complaints, and I regret not reading them before booking. We left two days early and gave up the remaining booking charges. We weren’t refunded or given any adjustment to the booking amount.

The pool area was peaceful and a nice place to unwind after a long day. The swimming pool was well maintained, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff were polite and ready to help, and the location made it easy to get to nearby spots. A good budget stay, I’d recommend it! 😊

For my first trip to Goa, I stayed at Royal Heritage with my family, and Elvis made a real difference. He was polite and warm, helped us plan sightseeing, suggested freshly cooked meals from the restaurant, and arranged our airport drop. The whole staff were attentive and consistently polite, and the room was cleaned promptly when we asked. The swimming pool was very clean, though we barely used it. We were comfortable and made lovely memories. I’d happily return and recommend Royal Heritage to people visiting Goa. Thank you for the wonderful stay.

The location is great for beach lovers, and the staff are friendly and ready to help, especially Elvis. The rooms are clean and the food is great, with a lot included for the price. There’s a direct shuttle bus to the airport, which is convenient, but check the schedule.
