I left with damaged luggage after using the unsafe stairs, which had no handrail or support and would be especially risky for seniors. The whole stay was awful: no lift, broken chairs and locks, a foul bathroom, dirty bed and floor, no towels, cleaning, or geyser. In 2-3°C weather they gave us one thin, dirty fleece blanket, then rudely said another wasn't available. There was no landline, Wi-Fi, or parking, and the only drinking water was a bottle of unbranded, dirty water. This place isn't worth even one star. Do NOT book it.

There was just one person around to help, and the service wasn't good. The rooms have an Oyo rooms look, the kind used for a few hours. They were dirty, the washrooms were dirty too, and the rooms need pest control. No towels were provided. I didn't order anything.

The staff were really good about letting me check in early and check out late, which helped a lot. I had a great stay, and the room was good.

At this price, everything was very good. The staff are friendly and the location is good. I'd recommend staying at grover international hotel to everyone. 🛏️🏨
