Parking was easy, with plenty of well arranged space for cars, and the highway is close by, so getting in and out is convenient. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well kept. Staff were polite and responsive to basic requests. Prices felt reasonable for the room and service, making this a practical choice for either a short stop or a longer stay.

We went to Hotel Elegance on a Sunday while traveling with family and hadn’t booked ahead. The receptionist said he’d call back after we phoned about availability, but we never heard from him, so we decided to head there anyway. It’s right on the highway, which is handy for travelers. He was polite when we arrived, and we booked a non AC room on the spot through MakeMyTrip for 1100. The room was neat, clean, and comfortable. Though it was a busy Sunday, the food arrived promptly and was really good, and room service was quick too. I’d recommend staying here.

At 11.45 pm on 21/05/2026, the receptionist was rude and behaved very badly. He doesn’t know how to treat a guest.

I couldn’t sleep at all in room 105 because it was full of bed bugs, and I had an important entrance exam the next day. For that high price, the room wasn’t worth it.

Good rates, and the rooftop bar had a great atmosphere. It felt like a theater set.
