Hotel The Grand Daksh Somnath

We appreciated the warm, welcoming atmosphere and the courteous, helpful staff, who were eager to make our stay comfortable. Room service was prompt and efficient. The in-house restaurant served fresh, tasty vegetarian food, with a menu that suited local and international tastes. The hotel is close to Somnath Temple and other attractions, a convenient base for pilgrims and other travelers. Rooms were spacious and simply furnished, with neat interiors, comfortable beds, and reliable air conditioning that was welcome in the hot weather. Bathrooms were maintained well, basic toiletries were provided, and larger rooms are available for families and groups. The Grand Daksh Somnath offers good value for money, with clean accommodation, good food, and attentive service in the holy city of Somnath.

We had a pretty bad experience here. The rooms were dusty, and after paying such a high price, we didn't expect them to be so dirty or the front desk to give us a hard time. They weren't cooperative and were rude. There are plenty of good hotels nearby, so better to avoid this one.

The room itself was spacious, with clean bedding, and the kettle was clean too. They left water bottles each day and provided toothbrushes and toothpaste. We had to ask for toilet paper, though, and the bathroom smelled terrible and badly needed a deep clean.

I really liked the food, and the outside of the hotel looked nice too. The interiors are beautiful and it has all the amenities I need. This is just the kind of place I like staying in, everything felt perfect for me ❤️❤️👌🏻😍
