The hotel is called three-star, but it doesn’t feel like one. There’s no lift, and housekeeping wasn’t properly maintained. We had to tell reception several times before the bedsheets were changed, and the same ones had been used for almost two weeks. Food costs more than it does outside.

The rooms are spacious, with good lighting and room to sit. Bathrooms were clean, but not very spacious. The food wasn’t as good as I expected.

The rooms have plenty of space, though they could use a bit of renovation. It’s a good hotel on Mall Road.

A good hotel, though the room service needs some improvement.

The hospitality was good. I just wish the food had been better.
