The staff were courteous and helpful, and the rooms were spacious, including the bathrooms. Prices were reasonable, and the extra bed for the three of us was very clean and top quality. It's a good place to stay, though a little outside the city.

Room 102 had dirty, unwashed sheets, mosquitoes and a foul smell coming in from the nearby drainage. The windows wouldn't close and stayed open all the time. There was only a hose in the toilet, no water jet. Substandard facilities.

It's an okay place with decent staff, but they're limited in number. There's no such thing as room service here. The food is expensive, and portion sizes may differ from day to day, though it tastes good. Room cleanliness is below par, but it can improve if you ask.

The facilities were average. I sent clothes for laundry, but it was delayed, and they promised to courier them. It's been four weeks and I still haven't received them.
