The hotel is near Kalika temple and a shopping mall, and I was fine with its rule against non-veg food or alcohol in the room. But the bathrooms were dirty, in poor condition, and not renovated. They showed us other rooms, but every one had the same bathrooms. Goibibo should let guests know if the hotel needs to improve this. I was really upset. We also couldn't get slippers because they said they don't keep them, and there was no shampoo. The taps were mounted high, and there was no bucket in the room, which made things a hassle. When we complained, management seemed surprised and asked what was wrong. The parking area is small, and the road connecting to the main road is narrow and scary, with room for only one vehicle at a time. Think twice before booking if these things matter to you.
