It felt unprofessional, and the price was too high for what the stay was worth. There are much better options in the city, so I wouldn’t recommend it.

I paid 2000 Rs for a normal room, but when I got there they refused to give it to me. I was new to the place and had nobody there to help, so I felt stuck. Before paying, I’d asked about their policy by call and chat, and they said they didn’t have one. Then they said the person with me was Muslim and I couldn’t book. They told me to take my bags and leave. At a minimum, I expected my payment back if I wasn’t getting a room. They promised a refund by evening, but I had to find another hotel that night and leave with all my belongings without the money. It was a horrible experience. They still haven’t returned even a penny of the 2000 Rs, after four months. I have the chat, video, payment screenshot, and everything. A hotel that treats people this way should be ashamed, and the authorities should act. Stay safe and don’t book here, you’ll dodge a bullet. 2nd Reply: Now the SCAMERS are saying I booked a hotel with a minor. Have you no shame, or has money made you blind? I showed our IDs, and there was no age problem on either one. The only reason you kicked us out was that you’re scammers. You’re saying you won’t refund me because I exposed you. I didn’t post about this for months and kept asking for the money, but you started ignoring me. Now that everyone knows what your hotel is really like, you’re crying about it.

I booked a non-Aç room, but there were no TV channels. I didn’t feel comfortable, so I checked out after 30 mints. They charged me 800rs for that time and still called asking me to pay the full amount. How was I supposed to spend my time there without TV channels?

We were staying for only 10 hours and I asked for an extra bed. Manager mitin got angry and was very rude. Be careful here, the manager is a rough person. In the end I paid whatever he asked. Regards, Akshay.
