The stay was pretty miserable. Food had no taste, and the breakfast buffet looked like it was full of stale items. Tea in the buffet kettles was always cold, and they didn't make masala tea, which feels like a basic offering. The room was missing things you'd expect, including an iron, hair dryer, and tissues. The bathroom shower didn't work properly, and housekeeping never picked up on the first call.

Being close to Bagmane IT park is about the only plus here. The rooms themselves were fine, but the hotel felt cramped and old despite efforts to modernize it. There was a party in the hotel, with loud music continuing past 11 pm. I had to ask reception several times to stop it because I couldn't sleep. Toiletries weren't provided unless you called to request them, which doesn't make sense when you're already paying for the room. The online photos and the actual place are worlds apart. I'd skip it.

The city view was a real hit with my child, who liked watching the flyover and traffic at night. We stayed as two adults and a child for three nights and four days, from 28 September to 1 October 2025. Our Premier King Room was booked online with breakfast at a very good price. It was spacious, with wardrobes and a long laptop table, and the clean, hygienic queen bed was cozy, with tables on both sides. Breakfast was excellent, including a live counter. The staff were cooperative, and parking was reasonably large with valet service. The hotel is on the main road under the flyover. We simply enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to families.

For a business trip, being close to Bagmane Park made this a great choice. I had a pleasant three-day stay at Icon Select. The room was clean and hygienic, and breakfast had a tasty range of options. I'd recommend it.
