The team’s warmth and willingness to help made our trip especially enjoyable. Everyone was smiling, attentive, and treated us like family, not just guests. Our two-night visit to Hotel Royal Regency, Shimla was fantastic, from check-in right through to departure. We appreciated the quiet setting, a little removed from the bustle of the city center, about 5 km from Mall Road. Parking was conveniently available on the premises. Our luxury room had a balcony and sweeping mountain and valley views that were breathtaking. The room was spacious, spotless, and well maintained. Food was another highlight: the buffet breakfast and dinner had lots of fresh, flavorful, hygienic choices, and we hardly felt a need to eat elsewhere. The manager and whole team were professional, warm, and helpful, and made sure we were comfortable. Room service was prompt even late at night. My stay at Royal Regency Shimla was wonderful from beginning to end, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Shimla.

The staff made the biggest impression, greeting us with smiles and being consistently polite and welcoming. We had a wonderful three-night stay at Hotel Royal Regency in Shimla. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and well maintained, and the food had great variety and quality and was absolutely delicious. The hospitality and service were excellent, and I’d highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant Shimla visit.

Don’t skip the meals here. Breakfast and dinner were incredible, and the food was mouth-watering. We left with full stomachs and happy memories, and can’t wait to return. The Royal Regency team made our Shimla trip memorable with their unusual level of kindness and attention, going out of their way to help us. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a balcony view that gave us a stunning look over Shimla. The bathroom was also impressively clean and well kept.

Late at night, the hotel team even arranged the dining area for our daughter’s birthday, a thoughtful touch that made the celebration extra special for all of us. Mr. Dhyan Chand ji was very supportive throughout, and Ms. Rina also helped a lot and made sure we were comfortable. The staff were polite, respectful, cooperative, and ready to assist. Our family spent two days at Hotel Royal Regency, Shimla, from 3rd January to 5th January 2026. It was a pleasant, memorable stay with good hospitality and delicious, well-prepared food that everyone enjoyed. It felt warm, family-friendly, and stress-free. I highly recommend the hotel for families visiting Shimla, and we hope to stay again.
