The rooms were clean, neat, and spacious, and the hotel is close enough to walk to the bus stand. From booking through checkout, the staff checked in about what we needed, and I was really happy with the service. The owner, Dr. Lenin, called soon after I booked to ask what I expected during my visit. I also got to meet him, and he was friendly and down to earth. You can tell they're dedicated to their work. There were only a couple of downsides for me: no in-house restaurant and no lift. They can bring in food from outside to suit your needs, and with only two floors, taking the stairs isn't a big deal. Apart from those points, it was worth the money.

The deluxe rooms are clean, well maintained, and good quality for an affordable price. Service is decent. Hot water and television are available 24 hours a day, and the hotel is very close to the bus station, with plenty of North and South Indian restaurants nearby. My experience was good.

There's no food service inside the hotel, but otherwise this is a good, budget-friendly place. The rooms were very neat, the staff helpful, and the temple and bus stop are both quite close. There's parking, power backup, and free WiFi too.

After staying in other hotels in Bhadrachalam, I found Grand Inn far better for cleanliness, service, and facilities. My room was very nice and reasonably priced. The surroundings were kept clean and tidy, there were no mosquitoes, and it was easy to get to places and other conveniences. If you're planning a stay and aren't sure where to choose, I strongly recommend this place.

The bed and pillows were covered in hair, and every room I tried smelled of alcohol. I changed rooms three times, but the smell was in all of them. This is an ordinary lodge charging Rs.1300 for a non-AC room, while several better hotels around the bus stand cost less. I wouldn't stay here.
