The photos gave a very different impression. The room was filthy, the bed was stained and had bugs, and the hotel smelled strongly of cigarettes. Room service was poor too. Don’t book here, it was disgusting and I wouldn’t recommend it.

There’s no lift, the linen was dirty, and the whole hotel smelled of cigarettes. The rooms were unhygienic and awful. The staff were arrogant, didn’t know how to speak to customers, and insulted them. A horrible stay. Don’t book here.

We only stayed because the location was close to where we needed to go. The staff were good, and there’s a hosepipe for putting out a fire plus a fire escape staircase at the back. The room itself was not clean, had cockroaches, and the AC didn’t work properly. After I complained, they moved us to another room, but the toilet there had no plastic seat. There was no soap, tissue, hand wash, or sandals in the bathroom, and no hangers. The wardrobe kept falling over. Once it fell on my wife, and she hurt her wrist trying to stop it.
