The price was very high, and the hotel was filthy, including the toilets. There was no wifi, and mobile network didn't work even in the rooms. The outside windows felt unsafe, as anyone could open one and come in. Nobody should stay here. I strongly recommend not booking this hotel.

We'd called ahead to reserve because we expected to arrive late at night, but the night receptionist stayed on his personal phone call when we got there and didn't hang up. There were no towels or toiletries in the room. It had a hot water kettle but no water, cups, or glasses, and the only power socket was by the bedside table. For such a pricey hotel, there was no service at all. A bad experience.

The location on the main road was convenient, parking was available, and nearby hotels and tiffin centres made it easy to find food. It's a new hotel with a modern design, and the bathrooms were very clean. For Bhadrachalam, I didn't find a better hotel for new room trends. Still, the bedsheets weren't ironed, and there was no restaurant. Hot water wasn't coming from the tap, which was a problem in winter. I booked for one night and found the room quite comfortable, so I'd give it four stars.

It's opposite the bus stand, which is the only advantage. The hotel isn't a 3* property, or even one star in my view. Rooms were very bad, bedsheets weren't clean, and there was no hot water or wifi. Better to avoid it.
