The location near the temple is the only reason for the 2 stars. We booked well in advance and specifically asked for a ground-floor apartment, which the host confirmed would be ready for our 5 AM arrival. Instead, we waited nearly two hours, delaying our temple visit, then got a second-floor apartment with no lift. My parents are over 60 and my father has severe knee pain. Had they told us beforehand, we'd have chosen somewhere else. The host was very commercial and acted as if getting any room was “our luck.” When we asked for an extra water bottle, they said it would cost extra, with no basic courtesy despite their own mistakes. Disappointed, and I wouldn't recommend staying here.

The owners, an older couple, keep the place so neat and clean and are always there to help. It really does feel like a home, with all the facilities. My friend’s family and I stayed recently, and I was impressed by the owner garu. My wife had booked suprabatha seva, so Uncle kindly drove her to the temple at 4 AM. I stayed back to care for my daughter, who had a cold. Nobody would usually help at that hour, but he agreed without hesitation. Thank you, Uncle and Aunty, for your service and kindness. I'll definitely book here again when I visit Bhadrachalam. Jai Sri Ram.

The rooms were very clean and hygienic, and the stay was nice. It's very close to the temple. It would be better if they provided a kettle and some dining utensils for breakfast and lunch.

Great for a big group, with room for five people to sleep on two beds. Both bedrooms have AC, and the hall is very spacious. The house is about an 8-minute walk to the temple and easy to reach from the center. There's one bathroom inside and two outside, which is fine. If the owner allows six people, they could sleep on mats and a mattress on the hall floor.

For what we paid just to spend one night with family, this place was hugely disappointing. At ₹5,500, I expected a decent place in Bhadrachalam, especially since that could get a good 2 BHK in Hyderabad. The location is cramped, and you could scratch your car just getting there. The building is very old, with new paint and decent tiles, but that's about it. The kitchenette was empty and had no sink. One of the two washrooms was in the hall, and the other was outside the 2 BHK in the corridor. We could have overlooked that for one night, but the sheets hadn't been washed. My brother was itchy from them and couldn't sleep all night. At ₹2,000 I wouldn't have been this frustrated, but property cost and service should go hand in hand. This isn't acceptable.
