Laundry service was good, and the breakfast buffet had plenty to choose from with a friendly, helpful team. Devika and her team handled it beautifully. I also loved the fragrance used around the hotel, in all its forms. At the entrance, I was greeted with a bright smile, and reception staff Rose, Anagha & Tushara took care of my needs and made my stay comfortable. The valet drivers, Tapan and another gentleman, were especially friendly and attentive to what I needed. It was a memorable stay, and I’d consider coming back.

The evening felt completely stress-free for our family and guests, thanks to the smooth coordination and impeccable service. We celebrated a birthday at Radisson Blu Kochi, and the food was excellent. Chef Shihab & his team deserve a special mention. From the planning through the event itself, the management, staff, chef, and support team were professional, attentive, and accommodating. They handled every request patiently and with a smile. Banquet manager Jobin and F&B manager Gautam were particularly professional. Thank you to the whole Radisson Blu team for making such an important family milestone memorable. We had a fantastic experience hosting it there.

It was a short stay, but a lovely one. The hotel is right in the center of EKM, so you can walk to everything, and both the restaurant and bars were really high quality. There was a private DJ the day we stayed. Even with a small crowd, the music and DJ were amazing. Check-in went smoothly, and we had no problems during our visit. Anaka, Tushara, and Boomika at reception and in the lobby were especially friendly and professional in how they treated us. Thanks to them and the entire Radisson blu Cochin team. We loved our stay.

The food was a highlight, with lots of choices and consistently great taste. Breakfast was especially varied and well prepared. Staff throughout the hotel were professional, courteous, and quick to help. My room was spacious, comfortable, clean, and well maintained, and the modern facilities made for a relaxing stay. Radisson Blu Kochi exceeded what I expected for comfort, quality, and hospitality. I’d gladly stay again and recommend it to anyone visiting Kochi.♥️👌

DEVIKA greeted us at the door and helped us through the dining area. The staff were all very friendly, and the breakfast had lots of choices and was really nice. We enjoyed our stay and had a great experience with wonderful hospitality. I’d highly recommend it if you’re visiting Kochi. Thanks!
