It’s a good place to stay, and the breakfast is worth having. Still, for this location I found it expensive. The manager could be more polite and less attitude-heavy, and the staff need to be more proactive.

I stayed here for 10 days, and the service and hospitality were excellent. Everything about the stay met my expectations, so the experience was superb.

We really enjoyed the peaceful surroundings, and the area felt very safe. The hotel is roughly in the middle of the city, about 5-10 minutes from the main market, with e-rickshaws easy to find and V mart nearby for anything we needed. I can’t comment on parking since we didn’t bring our car. My stay was comfortable, the staff were sweet and cooperative, and the rooms were clean. Whenever we needed something, the cleaning staff responded right away. I don’t understand the negative reviews. Loved it!

Breakfast was cold and stale, with hardly any choices, and the dining area was dirty. When we asked for help, the staff were rude and unhelpful. The room was filthy too: stains on the sheets, hair in the bathroom sink, and a musty smell that made it hard to breathe. The AC didn’t work, and nothing was done after I complained to the front desk several times. Cockroaches in the room made things even worse. Noise made it impossible to sleep, with slamming doors, loud hallway conversations, and thin walls. Check-in alone took over an hour because staff seemed disorganized and uninterested in helping. Customer service clearly wasn’t a priority from the moment I arrived. This was a complete nightmare and a waste of money. I wouldn’t recommend staying here, and I won’t be back.
