Hotel Green Park

We were three people sharing a triple room for one night on our way to Himachal. We got there around 8 PM and left early the next morning. For what it cost, I thought the hotel was decent, especially for a quick stop.

The room we were given was tiny and dingy, and nowhere near worth the inflated price. They raised the rates on the spot without explaining why. I’d booked a month ahead, but when I arrived, the staff had no record of my reservation. There was no apology or effort to sort it out, only a blunt demand for more money. The receptionist was hostile and disrespectful, and the workers acted like guests were a nuisance. Facilities that had been promised during booking were missing or simply forgotten. I’ve never seen such disregard for hospitality. This hotel is a total scam. Don’t waste your time or money here. Management should be embarrassed to call it a “hotel.”

I liked staying here and felt it was worth the time and money. The food tasted good, though the service for it disappointed me, and the prices were much too high.

The rooms were dirty, and the staff were very rude. A really bad experience.
