There were lots of red ants, the toilets weren't clean, and an A.C wire was exposed above the sofa. The view was very good, with plenty of garden space. Staff were supportive and helpful, and the food was good. The owner was very unprofessional, though he has a good heart. Checking in was a problem because they wouldn't honor the discounted rate from Goibibo or MMT. I had to pay extra cash to get in.

It's in a very good spot on the main road near saras chauraha. The place is a bit small, so it wouldn't suit a big gathering.

I came to BHARATPUR for New Year and couldn't find a room because everything was booked. The owner gave us his own room. Food service and hospitality are the best in Bharatpur.

The hotel and Oyo have a payment dispute. The hotel says Oyo hasn't paid them for six months, so they weren't accepting guests who had paid online. We arrived at 10:30, and they refused to let us in, even though I was a girl. After a long discussion with Oyo and the hotel, they finally let us stay. I wouldn't recommend checking in here.

Really poor hospitality, deserves zero stars. We stayed two nights. They wouldn't serve food after 8:30 pm, or tea and breakfast before 8 am.
