I skipped the restaurant after hearing poor reviews from locals, and had dinner at "Kathiyawadi " across the road instead. The food there should be better than the hotel's. The room interiors were nice and clean, and the bathrooms were good, but hygiene in both the rooms and washrooms was poor. Room service was also a bit lacking. Hotel comfort depends on what amenities a hotelier can offer within their means. My stay was okay overall.

I gave it two stars for the nice ambiance, and the food was okay. My earlier visit had been great, but the staff had changed this time and things went downhill. My guest, who had never eaten non-veg in her life, ended up eating it. That completely ruined my occasion.

For Bharuch, it's a pretty decent hotel. The rooms are clean, though the food is only average. There's a small gym and a pool table. The towels could be cleaner, but they replace them as soon as you ask.

The cafeteria isn't properly looked after, and the front desk staff were arrogant and untrained. Food had bugs in it, housekeeping in the rooms wasn't up to scratch, and plumbing and electrical maintenance were poor. This hotel doesn't meet any standards.

The room was clean and new, and the staff were courteous. The hotel is on the fourth floor, with caterers and restaurants downstairs. Parking is in a nearby apartment complex, where you can see your car from the rooms.
