OYO 10166 Hotel D69 Residency

The breakfast was good, and the WiFi worked well for both work and leisure. I found the rooms clean and comfortable, with good value for the price. HOTEL D69 RESIDENCY is near the Western Express Highway in Mira Road, and the service was good. A comfortable, budget-friendly stay. I’d recommend it to travelers in the area.

I paid nearly 2.4k for ONE night, and this was the worst hotel experience of my life. The room was filthy, with cockroaches everywhere, broken toilet ceilings, and visible fungus on the walls. There was hardly any proper furniture, it was so poorly maintained I couldn’t stand it, and the window was covered with boards so there was no view outside. Pigeons had completely ruined that area. I have photos and videos of the condition. The room was disgusting. I’d booked and paid extra for a premium room three weeks in advance, but on arrival I was told it wasn’t available. The receptionist was incredibly rude and offered a downgrade to a "deluxe room." I called customer care expecting a solution, but they arrogantly said I could either "adjust" or take a room at another hotel 10 kilometers away. I’d chosen this hotel because it was close to my exam center. This was beyond unprofessional and felt downright fraudulent. I didn’t raise my voice because I had an exam the next day, though honestly I should have. Fab Hotel's customer care was arrogant, with no respect or accountability. I’ll make sure to post the room photos and videos online so people know how customers are treated and what the rooms are like. Save your money and sanity by choosing anywhere else. This place is a disgrace, and management deserves to be called out. I wouldn’t recommend it to my worst enemy. A total scam, and never again.

The staff were very helpful and gave me complete guidance on where to go in Mumbai, where not to go, and the best ways to get around. The place is peaceful and easy to access from the city. Rates are very affordable compared with other lodgings, and the food is really nice. Dal khichdi is a must-try compared with the other dishes.

I’ve stayed here twice on business trips and liked the staff’s service. They know how to advise you on getting around Mumbai by different means. It’s a very good place to stay at an affordable price.
