The fixed buffet at breakfast had no option to order something separately, so there wasn't much flexibility. We also found a small cockroach in the room, which raised concerns about cleanliness. The rooms themselves were decent, but evening service was disappointing. We waited about 30 minutes for drinking water after asking. They'd initially provided two bottles, and when we called again, staff came and asked for the empties to refill instead of bringing fresh bottles. The stay was average overall, and service and hygiene need significant improvement.

I've stayed at Clarks a couple of times in the last six months. The rooms are quiet and, most importantly, clean, though the furniture is dated. Staff are well behaved and available day or night. Mr Ganesh from housekeeping is especially prompt when you ask for service. They also offer a good breakfast spread if you want to eat at the hotel.

The location is just right, and the hotel is very nice and clean. I enjoyed the food too, both at dinner and breakfast, which tasted very good.

Our group arrived late at night, but the staff were friendly and served us quickly. The rooms were small and need refurnishing.
